At the Highbrook Motel, our rooms have old fashioned charm, each with a front porch and chairs to relax and review the day’s adventures. The Highbrook Motel features two classic motel style buildings on a four-acre hillside. Our 26 spacious units are reminiscent of the past while providing the comforts and amenities travelers seek today. Enjoy the fresh Maine air with our rooms screened doors and windows to allow refreshing cross breezes. Our buildings are both single story providing easy at-door parking. Special Features
Standard Rooms
Located in our First Building, our Standard Rooms feature a large picture window for plenty of natural light. Each charming room is furnished with whitewash oak furniture and two fully upholstered arm chairs. The rooms are a comfortable size (measuring 16 x 19 feet), and each has its own private bath with full tub and shower. Each room offers one king size bed. Deluxe Rooms
Located in our Second Building, higher on the hillside and more secluded. Our Deluxe Rooms are a spacious 338 square feet, with more counter space and larger bathrooms than our standard units. They have a vanity inside of the bathroom along with an extra vanity and dressing area outside the bathroom. Comfortable chairs and a large side table provide a relaxing sitting area. High-quality Serta mattresses provide you with comfort and support for a restful night sleep. Please Note: Three steps are used to access these units.
Mini-Suites
Located in our Second Building, our Mini-Suites are very spacious (approximately 30% larger than our Deluxe Rooms). These guest rooms offer the same bathroom and dressing area arrangement as the Deluxe Rooms along with a separate sitting area from the bedroom divided by a half wall. In the sitting area, you will find two comfortable chairs, a round side table, and a picture window viewing a naturally wooded landscape. Each mini-suite features one king size bed and gives you plenty of space to spread out. Please Note: Three steps are used to access these units.

All of our rooms offer a peaceful environment at our Quiet Hillside Property.
Our deluxe rooms and mini-suites offer more space and the convenience of two vanities, one inside the bathroom and one outside. This makes getting ready in the morning a breeze for two people.
The extra space offered in our deluxe rooms and mini-suites make them a great option for longer stays.
None of our rooms contain feather pillows or bedding. Instead we provide comfortable hypoallergenic pillows and bedding to help ensure a restful night sleep for everyone.
No smoking, cooking or pets are allowed in any of our rooms or on the property. This is to help preserve the cleanliness, quality, and condition of our rooms for all future guests.
Standard and deluxe rooms have outside chairs and tables along the porch in front of each room. Due to space limitations the minis-suites do not have any outside furniture.
