Covid-19 Update
Updated Policies and Procedures:
Like many businesses all across the world, we’ve had to adapt and re-invent the way we deliver our services. Over the past two years we’ve implemented a host of changes to our offerings with the primary goal of keeping everyone at our property safe throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. While originally designed for everyone’s safety, we’ve found that many of our Covid-19 precautions actually enhanced different parts of our service. New services such as online check-in/check-out, breakfast delivery and online supply orders not only worked well to keep everyone safe but they inadvertently upgraded our previous levels of service. Semi-private spaces along our shared porches now provide an enhanced level of guest comfort that we may not have attempted if not for the need to promote social distancing. As we move forward we will continue focusing our resources on providing these enhanced services for your convenience and comfort.

Operational Changes and Improvements –
- Our “Grab & Go” continental breakfast will be available by online order each day.
- The front desk staff will be available from 8am – 7pm. Plexiglass shields have been put in place around the front desk.
- Contactless online check-in and check-out. Upon arrival you will be able to check yourself directly into your room. At the end of your stay you’ll be able to depart directly from your room. You final receipt will be sent to the email address on file.
- Porch areas in front of each guest room have been sectioned off to promote social distancing and provide additional privacy during your stay.
- New outdoor dining tables have been added in front of each room to enjoy your breakfast each morning or local takeout.
- In addition to traditional forms of communication (in-person and phone) you’ll also be able to communicate with our staff via text message throughout your stay.
- All payments will be taken electronically using your credit card on file in order to facilitate online check-in.
Housekeeping –
- Our staff will drop off fresh supplies and towels each day outside your room upon request. We have setup an online ordering system where you can order new supplies each morning. Trash and used towels can be left outside your room and will be collected daily.
- All guestrooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using EPA recommended products for Covid-19. Extra attention will be placed on sanitizing touch points and contact surfaces.
- All bedding will be replaced and thoroughly cleaned between guests.
- Daily housekeeping service will not be provided during your stay. Staff members will not enter your room unless there is an emergency.
