The Island Explorer is a great way to get from the Highbrook to downtown Bar Harbor where most restaurants are located. This saves the hassle of worrying about parking.
Dine early and you can save on dinner. Many restaurants offer early-bird specials.
The Jordan Pond House is the only restaurant inside Acadia National Park. It can be very busy during peak dining times.
Bar Harbor offers everything from rustic Lobster Pounds to Fine Dining.
Most area restaurants close between 9pm-10pm during the season. If you're going to be arriving to the area late you may want to stop for dinner on your way to Bar Harbor. |
